The complaint concerns his public incitement to hatred and violence via social media against a group of people on the grounds of their sexual orientation and gender identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 17 September 2025 Kre\u0161imir Rotim published on Facebook a video commentary on the murder of conservative politician Charlie Kirk in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The content of the video clearly shows that it <strong>openly calls for violence against LGBTIQ+ persons through extremist expression<\/strong>, rooted in radical and fanatical religious views and the use of biblical references. The public statement demonstrates clear intent and motivation. By exploiting an event that has undeniably further polarized society, even though it involves the murder of a politician on another continent, the author seeks to motivate like-minded individuals. The message encourages a so-called \u201crevenge campaign\u201d and promotes the idea of sacrificing one\u2019s own life in the name of \u201ctruth,\u201d framed as a fight against \u201cSatan,\u201d \u201cevil,\u201d and the \u201cLGBTIQ+ ideology.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The video has been unavailable since 23 September 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Kre\u0161imir Rotim, a member of the Rijeka branch of the political party MOST and a politically and publicly exposed individual, frequently uses his social media profiles to attack what he calls the \u201cprogressive brave new world \u2013 the Yugoslavia hornet\u2019s nest and prison of his generation, LGBTIQ+ ideology and the liberal regime.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>This is the second criminal complaint that LORI filed in 2025 for public incitement to hatred and violence<\/strong> via social media against a group of people on the grounds of their sexual orientation and gender identity. In March, LORI submitted a criminal complaint to the County State Attorney\u2019s Office in Rijeka regarding the comment <strong>\u201cJust kill them,\u201d<\/strong> which was posted under an article in the Facebook group <i>Rije\u010dka enciklopedija \u2013 Fluminensia<\/i>.
