{"id":11298,"date":"2026-01-29T13:20:25","date_gmt":"2026-01-29T12:20:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lori.hr\/?p=11298"},"modified":"2026-01-29T13:21:47","modified_gmt":"2026-01-29T12:21:47","slug":"qnect-za-ravnopravnost-i-inkluzivnost-info","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lori.hr\/en\/qnect-za-ravnopravnost-i-inkluzivnost-info\/","title":{"rendered":"Qnect: for equity and inclusion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Project \u201cQnect: for equity and inclusion\u201d is conducted by Project Coordinator\u00a0<strong>Lesbian Organisation Rijeka - LORI<\/strong>\u00a0and partner organisation <a href=\"https:\/\/legebitra.si\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Legebitra<\/a> from December 2025 until the end of November 2027.\u00a0<strong>The project is worth\u00a0<\/strong>60.000 \u20ac, ensured through the financial support of European Union's Erasmus + Programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The main objective<\/strong> is to strengthen capacities of partner organisations to work with LGBTIQ+ youth and support wellbeing and civic engagement of LGBTIQ youth. Project aims to strengthen emotional resilience of partner organisations' youthworkers who work with LGBTIQ+ youth as well as mental health of LGBTIQ youth, and to develop their capacities for active civic engagement. The project will contribute to improvement of LGBTIQ inclusive practices in youth organisations in Croatia and Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Main project activities are:<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Study visit of LORI to Legebitra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Questioning needs of LGBTIQ+ youth in Croatia and Slovenia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empowering workshops for LGBTIQ+ youth in Croatia and Slovenia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening emotional resilience of youth workers in partner organisations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacity building training for LGBTIQ+ youth for active civic engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actions of LGBTIQ+ youth in Croatia and Slovenia <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training for youth workers and youth organisations in Croatia and Slovenia on increasing LGBTIQ+ inclusion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>\u201eProjekt <\/em>\"<em>Qnect: for equity and inclusion<\/em>\" <em>is funded by the European Union. Its contents are the sole responsibility of the organisations implementing the project, and do not necessarily reflect the views of the European Union, nor of the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes.
