Project is based on the results and findings of project Alliance for LGBTI Workplace Equality which was implemented by LORI, Common Zone, OWID-Organisation for Workers&#8217; Initiative and Democratization and CSO Dawn (2015 \u2013 2017) and represents its extension and continuation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c6828fe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c6828fe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Project lasts from January 2019 until the end of April 2021 and the main aim is to contribute to protection of Human rights and combating discrimination towards LGBTI employees.<br \/><br \/>Objectives: Enforce LGBTI workplace equality through fostering education, development of tools, knowledge sharing and cooperation between trade unions, employers and CSO\u2019s and improving awareness of rights by LGBTI people.<\/p>\n<p>Main activities:<br \/>\u2022 workplace equality index and campaign,<br \/>\u2022 trainings and educational platform for employers and trade unions,<br \/>\u2022 production of documentary and cultural events for LGBTI community,<br \/>\u2022 organisation of the LGBT workplace equality conference.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-385fe00 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"385fe00\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"145\" height=\"95\" src=\"https:\/\/lori.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/EU-Logo.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-1747\" alt=\"\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5fd6a53 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5fd6a53\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This project is funded by the European Union\u2019s Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme (2014-2020).<\/em><br \/><em>The content of this document represents the views of the author only and is his sole responsibility.
