Join Us: Career Development Workshop at the 10th Smoqua

Sometimes we clearly feel the need for a change, but in the daily hustle, we rarely find a moment to pause and ask ourselves key questions: What truly drives me? What are my real strengths? What kind of work environment suits me, and what do I need to take the next professional step?

At the anniversary 10th edition of the Festival of Queer and Feminist Culture Smoqua, we are opening a space precisely for these questions. As part of LORI's project "Development of organisational sustainability and economic resilience of LBTIQ womenwe invite you to a two-day

The workshop is led by Gabrijela Ivanov – Gabe, a computer engineer, a supervised psychotherapy trainee (Transactional Analysis), and a practitioner of expressive art therapy, systemic constellations, and humanistic NLP.

Gabe is the founder of the K-zona organization, the Vox Feminae festival and portal, and the social enterprise Fierce Women. Upon completing the two-day program, all participants will have the opportunity for individual consultations focused on further fleshing out and developing concrete business plans.

Come explore your "what next?". You might just walk away from this creative process with a fresh perspective, a new idea, or a clear, tangible next step.
