Sometimes we clearly feel the need for a change, but in the daily hustle, we rarely find a moment to pause and ask ourselves key questions: What truly drives me? What are my real strengths? What kind of work environment suits me, and what do I need to take the next professional step?
At the anniversary 10th edition of the Festival of Queer and Feminist Culture Smoqua, we are opening a space precisely for these questions. As part of LORI's project "Development of organisational sustainability and economic resilience of LBTIQ women”we invite you to a two-day

→ The obstacles you face and the resources that can help you achieve your goals

Additional Opportunity
Upon completing the two-day program, all participants will have the opportunity for individual consultations focused on further fleshing out and developing concrete business plans.
Come explore your "what next?". You might just walk away from this creative process with a fresh perspective, a new idea, or a clear, tangible next step.
