If you've always dreamed of coming to Smoqua by train, here's a fantastic last-minute opportunity: Croatian Railways is offering a 40% discount on a round-trip train ticket from anywhere in Croatia or Slovenia (for distances greater than 25 km from Rijeka)!
What do you need to do? When purchasing your round-trip ticket between October 7th and 10th this year, mention that you're attending the Smoqua Festival of Queer and Feminist Culture in Rijeka, and you'll receive a 40% discount. Upon arrival in Rijeka, go to the information booth at the festival gathering point and let the friendly volunteers from the Smoqua team know about the discount. They will stamp your ticket with the LORI association (HŽ condition), the event organizer's seal, and you'll need to show the ticket to authorized personnel on your return journey. The festival gathering point is at Delta 5 on the first day of Smoqua and at OKC Palach on the second and third days, located at Kružna 8.
